1. Boil water and let it cool slightly.
2. Pour one packet of seaweed into a cotton pouch.
3. Steep pouch in hot water for 5 minutes.
4. Place cotton mask into the infused liquid for another 5 minutes.
5. Patch‑test liquid on a small area of skin; wait 2–3 minutes.
6. If no irritation, apply mask to face and relax for 10–15 minutes.
7. Remove mask and rinse with warm water as needed.

1. Pour 1 teaspoon of seaweed powder into a cotton pouch.
2. Add 100 ml hot water; steep for 5+ minutes (longer for stronger infusion).
3. Remove pouch, gently squeeze out excess liquid.
4. Apply infusion evenly to hair and scalp.
5. Wear included cap for 15 minutes.
6. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
